Occasionally, we may take photographs of children in our Tae Kwon-Do schools. These photos may be taken at any West Midlands TAGB Tae Kwon-Do club which your child attends. We use these images as part of the club's success campaigns and in advertising and/or marketing. This will include printed publications, West Midlands TAGB Tae Kwon-Do website, Social Media Pages and other relevant media associated with the West Midlands TAGB Tae Kwon-Do clubs.

If we use photos of individual students, we will not use the name of that child in the accompanying text or photo caption. If we name individual students, we will not use the child in the photograph accompanying he article. If the student has won an award and the parent would like the name of their child to accompany their image, we will obtain permission from the parent before using the image.

From time to time, our clubs may be visited by the media who will take photographs or film footage of a high-profile event. Children may appear in these images, which will sometimes be published in local or national newspapers.

To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, we need your permission before we can photograph or make any recordings of your child. Please answer the questions below then sign and date the form where shown and submit the form.
