We have three Squad sessions leading up to the British champs.

Saturday 13th November 10am to 12pm
£6.00 on the door but your MUST book with WM Carter first.
There will be music blasting as well, even if your not in the comp all my students are welcome to come you will all gain something.
We may even have a special guest in as well. Its time for P4TKD to be a force again in the TAGB.
You will need to do all three to get any real benefit.
For the first hour you can wear shorts, tracksuit bottoms – its up to you. At least one other tshirt to change into as for sparring you will be wet.
Trainers will be needed, plenty of water and a towel.
FULL SPARRING KIT REQUIRED.
